The Velo Project
Her first hospitality venture in Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast. Luna saw an opportunity to bring specialized coffee and beautiful interiors to the Sunshine Coast. Locals loved it, and tourists talked about it. It changed the landscape of hospitality for this regional town forever. Known as "The Velo Effect" Luna started her journey in hospitality and design, and this would be something she continued with passion and gusto into the future.
Fresh flowers from local farms and a deli of goodies for locals
A bowerbirds nest of special objects that inspired her soul. Luna's vision was actualized in The Velo Project with fresh, seasonal produce, cooked to order and supplied by local farmers.
Decedent presentation and fresh yum
Always presented with grace, style and sophistication. Her menu inspired from heart and soul. Like her grandfathers "English Farmers Breakfast" that consistent of a softly boiled egg in a willow cup - as he would make for her as a child, toasted soldiers, baked shoulder ham, garlic mushies, and fresh rocket from the back garden. It was all unique, and it popped off the plate.
